  • Design: Ford Properties offers in house design capabilities for select projects and can also manage the design process with many of our relationship architects.

  • Permitting:  We have extensive experience permitting complicated residential projects through local, state and federal processes.  This experience allows us to guide our clients through intricate regulatory climates.

  • Estimating & Value Engineering:  The estimate includes a detailed analysis of all project costs, allowing the client to have a clear understanding of project scope and cost implications.  

  • Scheduling: We provide a comprehensive schedule so the client is aware of what to expect during the construction process.  We highlight important project milestones and provide guidance on when critical decisions need to be made.


  • General Contracting: We are a full service home builder and assume the responsibility of the entire building project.  This includes management of all subcontractors and vendors to facilitate a smooth construction process.

  • Construction Management: The work is diligently managed by our professional staff making sure all parties are aware of project progress.  We maintain an open line of communication with the owner and architect providing updated schedules, budgets, billings and material procurement.

  • Self-perform:  We self-perform in all earthwork, utility connections, landscaping design and construction, custom millwork, frame and finish carpentry.  By self-performing these critical tasks we are able to guarantee accurate schedules and an exceptional level of quality.


  • Inspectional sign-off:  At the conclusion of the project we will secure all the final city/town inspections allowing the client to occupy the home.

  • Punch-list:  Before the project is accepted we perform a comprehensive punch-list process to make sure all details are addressed and accepted by the client before final turn over.
